It's a very beautiful poem. The word canvas is used as a metaphor to depict the the whole atmosphere and take worldly surroundings. The colours of Autumn surely appeared on the leaves, branches of plants, and trunks of areas. All these skillfully expressed in these poetic lines.
If we check he first line it represents the title of the poem which is created with full care. The remaining two lines express the body of the poem. In this way, it is a poem regarding Ziket a poetic form shorter than Haiku.
